Michael Wolfe nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in Richmond-Queensborough
RICHMOND B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Richmond-Queensborough, Michael Wolfe. Wolfe is a public school science teacher at McNair Secondary in Richmond and currently serves as a board member for the Richmond Health Advisory Committee, Richmond Nature Park Society and the Garden City Conservation Society.
Andy MacKinnon nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in Esquimalt-Metchosin
METCHOSIN B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Esquimalt-Metchosin, Andy MacKinnon. MacKinnon is co-author of six best-selling books about plants of western North America. He’s an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University, and a Professional Forester and Professional Biologist in B.C. Andy was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science degree by Simon Fraser University in 2013.
Richard Warrington nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in North Vancouver-Lonsdale
NORTH VANCOUVER B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for North Vancouver-Lonsdale, Richard Warrington. A former teacher, Warrington studied education and business in Denmark and taught school there for a number of years.
Larry Colero nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in Delta South
DELTA B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is excited to announce the nomination of its candidate for Delta South, Larry Colero. Colero taught corporate ethics at both UBC’s Sauder School of Business and SFU’s Beedie School of Business. He also created the first Strategic Alliances seminars for UBC, and was Moderator for the first two years of their Summer Institute in Sustainability. Colero is currently on retainer as Policy Advisor to the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners for assignments in regulatory affairs, trademark issues and professional ethics.
Simon Rear nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in Vancouver-Kensington
