Unfortunately, because this is a print-on-demand store, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise was damaged or defective upon delivery to the customer.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs! Please email us at store@bcgreens.ca or give us a call at 1-888-473-3686 as soon as possible so we can get in touch with our manufacturer to find out if the item can be cancelled. 

If your product arrives damaged, we will do all we can to help. First, contact us at store@bcgreens.ca or 1-888-473-3686 and we will replace your order with a new item as soon as possible. 

If your purchase has not arrived within 14 business days please email us at store@bcgreens.ca or call us at 1-888-473-3686 and we will find out what happened and get your order to you as soon as possible. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and DISCOVER. 

No, purchasing our products does not count as a donation and tax receipts are not provided with a purchase. 

Your order should arrive in 5-7 business days. 

We can ship your BC Green purchase anywhere in Canada and internationally! 

The cost of shipping is based on how many items are in the order and is shown when you arrive at the payment step of checkout. 

Yes, you can choose the pick up option at checkout to ensure that your item will not be shipped. Item pickup will be at our local manufacturer in Victoria BC, Rain Coast Print Shop. The address is 2504 Douglas St Victoria, BC V8T 4M1. 

Our shipping is carried out by Canada Post or its International Partners. 

The BC Green Store sources materials produced with a guarantee of ethical and fair labour practices from the following brands: Sanmar Canada, S&S Activewear, Bella Canvas, and Hanes Brand Inc.

BC Green merchandise is printed locally in Victoria, BC by Rain Coast Print Shop. For manufacturing details on individual products, please consult the Details section on the product's page.
