NEW WESTMINSTER B.C. – Andrew Weaver, leader of the B.C. Green Party and MLA for Oak Bay-Gordon Head, will officially appoint New Westminster candidate Jonina Campbell as the party’s Education Critic at her campaign launch on Wednesday afternoon.

Campbell was first elected to the New Westminster school board in 2011 and served as school board chair from 2013 until last month. As chair, Campbell led the school district toward financial stability and secured funding for the long-awaited New Westminster Secondary School.
