SURREY B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Surrey-Panorama, Veronica Greer. Greer has worked in many different sectors like public transit, construction, and the food industry.
“I am very proud to be a transgender candidate for the B.C. Green Party because of their views on the environment and policies on diversity,” said Greer. “Having seen many years of the B.C. Liberals at the helm, I strongly believe the Greens deserve a chance at the helm to show they are the best choice for change.”
Andrew Weaver, leader of the B.C. Green Party, welcomed Greer’s nomination.
“Veronica is an incredible addition to the B.C. Green team in Surrey,” said Weaver. “She has experience standing boldly for who she is and standing up for her community. She embraces our B.C.
