The Annual General Meeting is a great opportunity to reconnect with the Riding Association, get filled in on the events of the past year, hear the keynote address, participate in elections, and provide input.
The AGM is open to anyone who wants to attend, but in order to stand for election and most importantly, to vote, you must be a member in good standing, residing in New West. Memberships are free for people aged 14-25; for those older, the cost is a $10 donation. Please visit the BC Greens website to get signed up: https://www.bcgreens.ca/membership
There are executive positions open this year for anyone interested in running, and we are also looking for people to participate in non-executive roles, particularly around communications and general volunteering.
