BC Greens are celebrating diversity today on the International Day of Pink. The event raises awareness to stop bullying, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, and transmisogyny around the world.
“For BC Greens, the Day of Pink is a chance to reflect on two of our core principles—social justice and respect for diversity,” says Interim Leader Adam Olsen. “In the 21st century, everyone should be free to be themselves. And when there are instances where that freedom is threatened, it is our job to put an end to it immediately and unequivocally.”
