Cease civil forfeiture in British Columbia

Civil forfeiture occurs when the provincial government takes assets such as cash, buildings, vehicles, etc.. because they believe that they were acquired through crime or are used in a crime. Since the owner of those assets need not be charged with a crime to have their assets taken, this is a serious violation of their property rights. In BC, we should value individual rights by ceasing this practice.
