SURREY B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Surrey-Fleetwood, Tim Binnema. Binnema is a member of the Applied Science Technologies and Technicians of B.C. and is a Manager of Engineering in the chemical process industry.
“My life experience has given me the leadership and listening skills required to collaborate with the other MLAs and advocate for the needs of my community,” Binnema said. “The B.C. Green Party's principles that support strong communities and ecological sustainability align with my personal priorities and I think it is time that we had representatives in Victoria that will live out of a solid set of principles.”
