We are honoured to be collaborating with our Provincial cousins on an upcoming event...A Green Picnic in the Vines at the Salt Spring Vineyards on August 10! :green_salad:Bring your picnic dinner, enjoy :musical_score:musical entertainment and :man-man-girl-boy: kids activities. :shirt: Wear your favourite green item and hear stories from Adam Olsen and Elizabeth May :green_heart: This is a free event to attend, however organizers have suggested leaving $20 to help cover costs. :clinking_glasses:Salt Spring Island beverages will be available for sale at the vineyard, so organizers respectfully request that no outside alcohol be brought in your picnic basket. :bus:There will be transportation options available, and it's Salt Spring Market day, if you want to make a day of it. BC Greens recognize that airborne illnesses and pollutants pose a significant health risk to everyone, especially the young, elderly, and immunocompromised, while caregivers, healthcare professionals, and support staff come into regular contact with vulnerable persons. When choosing venues, BC Greens prioritize outdoor spaces, and indoor spaces with good ventilation. In closed indoor spaces, we encourage attendees to wear well-fitting masks (N95, KN95, or KF94), especially during the respiratory-illness season.
