CHILLIWACK B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Chilliwack-Kent, Josie Bleuer. Bleuer is a firefighter for the City of Chilliwack and has been a department head in the "Green" film industry for 10 years.

Pascal Tremblay nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in Surrey South

SURREY B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for Surrey South, Pascal Tremblay. Tremblay is the co-founder and Creative Director of The Good Kind design strategy agency which helps social change organizations and campaigns amplify their impact and outreach efforts. He is also the founder of Hello Positive, an apparel company that helps positive social change organizations raise awareness and funding for their campaigns.

Andrew Weaver statement on Mainstreet/Postmedia poll

VICTORIA B.C. - Andrew Weaver, leader of the B.C. Green Party issued a statement today in response to a new poll published by Mainstreet/Postmedia. The poll shows Vancouver Island support for the Greens rising to 26 percent from 22 percent. Support for the B.C. Green Party also rose 4 percentage points in the province as a whole. The gains for the B.C. Greens appear to come from voters who supported both the B.C. Liberals and the B.C. NDP in the previous poll.

Hondo Arendt nominated as B.C. Greens candidate in North Coast

PRINCE RUPERT B.C. – The B.C. Green Party is pleased to announce the nomination of its candidate for North Coast, Hondo Arendt. Arendt is a college professor at Northwest Community College.
