T.S. Eliot wrote "We shall not cease from exploring". As your future MLA, I will be the East Kootenay’s vehicle for progressive change, by listening to the diverse voices within our community to ensure that the expectations of all British Columbians are met.
Like Andrew Weaver, I believe in policies over politics. As a collaborative team, legislative members can work together, beyond party lines, to attain the deserved goals of the public. Together, we can bring awareness to how the provincial government spends public funding and make far better choices. Changing how our province invests in outdated technologies and move into the future by creating an irrepressible economy which places value on environmental stewardship just as much as profitability.
As a public school teacher, completing a Masters in Leadership, I am committed to creating positive opportunities for each of my students. In order for my commitment to become a reality, I have decided to run to be an MLA. Innovation starts now. Let's think critically about BC's well-being not just for today, but for tomorrow.
