We're used to talking about "communications" in terms of news cycles, campaign pamphlets, Facebook, Twitter and stump speeches. But that's really not what communications is all about. The heart of communications is the "story" you're sharing – and everyone has a story to share and ways of spreading it. In fact, story-telling is how we're organizing the party and building riding associations (RAs) in order to elect a full caucus of Green MLAs in 2017.
In this course, you will:
- Learn why our own stories are the most compelling form of voter engagement
- Craft stories that will help you campaign and reach out to new supporters
- Learn concrete tools within NationBuilder for communicating your stories
- Explore how to organize your local RA around your shared stories and experiences
