Dennis Pilon, Changing BC’s Voting System RSVP now

Your BC Greens Kamloops team is thrilled to announce support and promote Fair Vote Kamloops' informational session with special guest Dr. Dennis Pilon of York University to speak about electoral system reform for BC.

Being Canada's leading authority on electoral reform, Dr. Pilon will be will be exploring how British Columbia will benefit from electoral reform. With many arguments for and against reform and the fall referendum campaign just starting, this will be a great opportunity to come by for fact-based discussion. So bring you're questions!

The presentation will be at the TRU Clock Tower, Wednesday July 4 at 7pm to anyone in the community with Fair Vote Kamloops asking admission by donation.

BC Greens recognize that airborne illnesses and pollutants pose a significant health risk to everyone, especially the young, elderly, and immunocompromised, while caregivers, healthcare professionals, and support staff come into regular contact with vulnerable persons. When choosing venues, BC Greens prioritize outdoor spaces, and indoor spaces with good ventilation. In closed indoor spaces, we encourage attendees to wear well-fitting masks (N95, KN95, or KF94), especially during the respiratory-illness season.
