"I am delighted to announce this exciting slate of candidates today,” said Sonia Furstenau, Leader of the B.C. Greens. “BC needs more MLAs who will stand up for their communities rather than simply toeing the party line.

“We have a significant task in front of us as we recover from this pandemic. We have to make sure that we're meeting the immediate needs of those who have been hardest hit, as well as build a stronger, more sustainable province for the future. I know these candidates will be incredible advocates for their communities and for evidence-based policies that will improve people's day-to-day lives."

Headshots will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder for media as they become available. Bios and local contact information for candidates will be available on the B.C. Green Party website at bcgreens.ca/candidates.

Ridings and their nominated candidates are listed on the party’s website at bcgreens.ca/nominations_2020. It will continue to be updated as more candidates are nominated.
