Our government needs to do more to make life in our beautiful province affordable for all British Columbians.
MSP premiums
The Medical Services Plan premium is unfair, especially for those of us who can least afford it. We have to do better than that, so we're working toward replacing MSP premiums with a fairer approach to financing our health system.
Housing
Our cities are in crisis because people who live there are being forced to move away. Our inflated real estate market is a real danger to our economy. We need to make sure that British Columbians have access to affordable housing by reducing the number of empty apartments, closing corporate tax loopholes, and fixing our taxation so it discourages flipping properties for quick profit.
