I am your BC Green Party candidate for New Westminster. I am running to be your MLA because I care about the future of New Westminster and because it’s time for real leadership in the province of British Columbia.

The world is changing rapidly. BC needs strong leadership with a plan for economic, environmental and social sustainability. As a BC Green Party candidate, I am committed to building a more equitable and inclusive society, one where a growing economy co-exists with environmental sustainability.

As an educator, I know that a strong education system is essential to ensure that our children are prepared to fully participate in the 21st century economy. As School Board Chair, I worked hard to bring financial stability to the district, build two new schools, and secure funding for the long-awaited New Westminster Secondary School.

I promise to continue to work hard to ensure that the issues that matter to you, our community and the future of our beautiful province, are represented in the BC Legislature. I look forward to meeting you and talking about your hopes and vision for New Westminster and British Columbia.

My husband, Andrew, and I have three beautiful children and a quirky cat named Lewis. I coach youth basketball, enjoy running and hiking and can be found playing basketball Thursday nights with friends re-living our glory days.
