Elizabeth Walker bio

Elizabeth Walker has lived B.C. her whole life and in Langley for twenty years. Through those years she volunteered at the Fort Langley National Historic Site, often volunteered at school events, and she has seen her three sons grow up in this community attending public schools and university here. 

Elizabeth is a small business owner working as a graphic designer. Previously she worked in the airline industry as an Emergency Procedures Instructor for pilots and crew members. Through the years she also has worked as a canoe instructor, first aid instructor and instructor-trainer for St. Johns Ambulance.

She has always been passionate about learning and attended Capilano University then went on to graduate from Simon Fraser University. In addition, she has taken journalism courses at BCIT and numerous communication courses. 

Elizabeth is passionate about Langley, education, the environment and building strong communities.
